Beo EX
Can you make something very good even better? Yes, you can! In the case of the BEO EX we saw potential in the high frequency range, in the cabling and the crossover. The BEO EX uses a ribbon tweeter with innovative technology, which makes it possible to achieve a very low crossover frequency to the midrange driver. This makes it possible for the first time that this transition is no longer audible. The result is one of the highest resolution speakers on the world market.
Design
- 3-way modular loudspeaker
- Multiplex enclosure made of Baltic birch, optimally braced and damped
- Air Bass System enables low bass from a relatively small volume with very low distortion and excellent definition
- Transitional crossover for excellent linearity and low energy storage
- Special ball corners and driver arrangements prevent refraction at high frequencies
- Rubberised lacquer finish, also available in high gloss polished on request
